June: Competitive Edge

Help your agents develop strategies and systems to stand out from the crowd and outshine their competition.

Learning Sprints

Our Learning Sprint videos (15 minutes or less) are hyper-focused on the skills agents need to succeed in real estate. Present a new lesson each week, or pick and choose the most relevant topic for your team.

Agents will pair up and practice responding to common concerns and objections a buyer may raise when an agent explains the purpose of a Buyer Representation Contract and asks the buyer to sign it.

Investigate six strategies to help agents stand out, make the most of their time, acquire more leads, and close more deals.

This Learning Sprint explores diverse real estate data sources, showcasing to agents the wealth of information they have at their disposal and how to use it skillfully in discussions with buyers and sellers.

Monthly Goal Setting

Take control of your future by setting goals.  This simple act keeps you motivated, accountable, and focused.  When we write down goals monthly, setting and, more importantly, achieving goals becomes a habit.

Newsletter: Local Recreational Ideas for July (mail or email)

Create a newsletter (electronic or print) that focuses on exploring local recreational activities for July. The warm summer weather allows people to enjoy a wide variety of outdoor activities, such as sports, festivals, concerts, and nature-based pursuits. Many parks and public spaces host special events during the summer months to encourage community engagement and physical activities. Include a few of your favorite choices, too. Add photos where possible to make the newsletter visually appealing. This type of marketing has a long shelf life, and recipients may share it with their family, friends, and neighbors. Programs like Canva, Google Docs, and Adobe offer free templates.

Sponsor “Back-to-School” Supplies Drive

Sponsor a Back-to-School activity, such as backpacks filled with school supplies or much-needed classroom items (ex., tissues, glue sticks, crayons, etc.).

  • Identify a member of your power sphere who is a local schoolteacher. Or choose a local school that will benefit from your activity. Ask what type of supplies teachers most request.
  • Promote your drive during July and early August so items are ready to be delivered at the beginning of the school year.
  • Leverage your social media accounts to promote the activity. Be specific about what items are needed and when and where people can drop off items.
  • Make sure to take pictures during the entire process to share on social media to get people engaged.
  • Consider asking vendors you use to collaborate with you, such as a Title Company, Home Warranty, Inspector, Photographer, Home Stager, or Mortgage Representative. The greater your reach, the more successful the activity.
  • It’s proven that people like to do business with businesses that give back to the community.
