Becoming a Subscriber

How does a company join Spark & Logic?

Becoming a Spark & Logic subscriber is easy!  Visit the Subscribe page, select the appropriate tier for the desired number of users, and follow the instructions.  After your payment is processed, you will receive immediate access to all Spark & Logic resources.

How is subscription pricing structured?

Subscriptions are available at the company level only.  Pricing is determined by the number of management team members requiring access.  For additional information on pricing tiers, please visit the Subscribe page.

I am an agent, and my company is a subscriber. How do I create an account and access member-only resources?

Spark & Logic is designed for use at the management level and is not intended for individual agents.  However, your company may choose to add you as a user if you take an active role in the planning of sales meetings, classes, and contests.

I am an agent. Can I join Spark & Logic if my company isn’t a subscriber?

Subscriptions are designed for management use are only available at the company level.  If you would like us to reach out to your management team and share the benefits of a Spark & Logic subscription, please email us at info@sparkandlogic.com.

Do you offer refunds?

We are confident your company will find value in Spark & Logic’s resources.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your subscription, please reach out to us at info@sparkandlogic.com, and we will do whatever we can to make it right, including issuing a refund for the remaining time left on your subscription.

Accessing Subscriber-Only Resources

How do I access my account and subscriber-only resources?

After registering your account with Spark & Logic, you will see the Account button in the navigation bar appear. This will be your portal to all information regarding your account and the resources available to you. If you are a returning user, simply login with your credentials.

How do I add my management team to my company subscription?

Navigate to your Account page and select the Subscriptions tab. Here you will see your current subscription information and links in the right column. Select the Sub Accounts link and simply begin adding accounts via the Add Sub Account button. Provide your team member’s first name, last name, and email, choose to send a welcome email, and click submit!

Not interested in adding your team yourself? Alternatively, you can copy the Signup URL and paste it into an email, allowing them to register their sub-account on their own.

I am having trouble accessing a resource. Where can I get help?
