Learning Sprints
Our Learning Sprint videos (15 minutes or less) are hyper-focused on the skills agents need to succeed in real estate. Present a new lesson each week, or pick and choose the most relevant topic for your team.
Building a Legacy: Crafting Your Ideal Retirement Strategy
Agents will discover how implementing a well-structured succession plan for retirement can provide long-term financial stability and security.
Navigating the Income Rollercoaster
Agents will explore practical strategies to help stabilize their income during market fluctuations, ensuring greater financial security and consistency, regardless of market conditions.
Creating a Vision Board
Vision boards provide clear direction and allow agents to visualize their goals. This learning sprint offers step-by-step instructions that help agents create a vision board that will constantly remind them of their priorities.
Monthly Goal Setting
Take control of your future by setting goals. This simple act keeps you motivated, accountable, and focused. When we write down goals monthly, setting and, more importantly, achieving goals becomes a habit.
Guest Speakers
Guest speakers share their industry expertise, present new perspectives, and provide useful connections. In addition, a new voice offering instruction adds value to your meetings.

Spark Your Business
End your meeting on a positive note! The Spark Your Business marketing suggestions ensure the last thing agents remember from your meeting is that you gave them a simple tool to improve their business immediately.
National Cookie Day, December 4, 2024 (Pop By)
Prepare several small gift bags filled with either homemade or store-bought cookies. If homemade, include a recipe card. Attach a clever tag, like this one from Etsy seller RookieREAgent, and add a couple of your business cards. Deliver your gift bags to a few past clients. Cookies are always a welcome treat during the holidays. Let the recipients know that you appreciate referrals. Staying top of mind is critical, especially when many people know two or three real estate professionals.
Year in Review Market Update (Mail or Email)
Provide a quick market snapshot or a “Year in Review” highlighting trends in your market and what to expect for the coming year. This positions you as a market expert while offering value. A good statistic to highlight includes the current pace of sales in your market (which you can calculate using the absorption rate.) Other statistics to consider include the number of homes sold YOY, the median list price, and the median sales price for the area.
Winter Home Maintenance Tips (Mail or Email)
Send an email or mail a newsletter with home maintenance reminders or winter preparation tips. This could include advice on energy efficiency, protecting pipes from freezing, or seasonal decor ideas.
New Year Greeting Cards (Mail)
Send personalized cards celebrating the new year or a small, thoughtful gift. It’s a heartfelt way to show your appreciation while also standing out. Adding a handwritten note brings a personal touch that makes your clients feel truly valued. Plus, since most people don’t receive New Year cards, yours will shine with a refreshing twist during the holiday season!
A Look Ahead
December: Risk Management
In December, agents will explore key risk management strategies, including partnering with an attorney to protect clients’ interests. Learning Sprints will also cover safety protocols for open houses and how to develop a personal safety plan.
