Risk Management

Spark & Logic’s December Sales Meetings focus on keeping agents and their clients safe.

Spark & Logic’s Plan for the Year

Learning Sprints

Our 15-minute learning sprints are hyper-focused on the skills agents need to succeed in real estate. Present a new lesson each week, or pick and choose the most relevant topic for your team.

Open House Safety

Learn open house safety best practices for agents and sellers.

Risk Self-Assessment

Real estate is a high-risk industry due to the large amounts of money involved in many transactions. This learning sprint encourages agents to assess their business risks regarding document management, passwords, email security, client communication, and electronic device disposal.

Interview with Tener Tech

During this Spark & Logic interview, Brian Tenerowicz, President and Founder of Tener Technologies, provides insight on email security, wire fraud, and password best practices.

Monthly Goal Setting

Setting goals regularly is linked to improved performance and success. Each month we guide agents through a quick exercise that helps them set and achieve a personal and professional goal.

Act of Kindness – Help the Homeless

Your monthly workshop dives deeper into ideas and concepts covered during sales meeting learning sprints.  Designed to last an hour or less, these sessions are ideal for lunch-hour training at your office.

Safety Culture

Explore agent safety best practices and tips for various situations, such as meeting new clients, showing homes or vacant land, and working late. Also, examine ways to protect clients’ safety and security. Brainstorming sessions allow for further topic exploration and the creation of safety plans.
